About these terms

These terms apply to localseomumbai.in and to the services provided by Local SEO Mumbai, run by Yogesh Jadhav. By using the website or signing up for a plan, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide local SEO services for businesses in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane, including website rebuilds, Google Business Profile optimisation, listings, review management and reporting, as described on our pricing page and in your plan.

Plans, fees and billing

Plan prices are shown monthly and exclude 18% GST. Plans have a minimum term of six months, then continue month to month. Fees are invoiced in advance. Yearly plans may be agreed separately in writing.

Website work begins after the first payment is received.

Cancellation

After the minimum term, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded.

Ownership

You own your domain, website content, Google Business Profile, listings and reviews. On cancellation we hand over all logins and files we hold for your business.

Results

Search rankings depend on factors outside our control, including Google’s algorithms, competition and your location. We do not guarantee any specific ranking or number of leads. We commit to carrying out the agreed work each month and reporting on it honestly.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, give the access we need to do the work, and only ask us to promote services you are legally allowed to offer. You must not ask us to post fake reviews or use misleading information.

Free audit

The free audit is provided without charge or obligation. It is based on publicly available information and the details you give us, and is for guidance only.

Website use

Content on this website is for general information. You may not copy or republish it for commercial purposes without permission.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
