Who we are

Local SEO Mumbai (localseomumbai.in) is run by Yogesh Jadhav. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Local SEO Mumbai. You can reach us at hello@localseomumbai.in.

What we collect

When you fill in a form, we collect the details you enter: your name, mobile number, business type, area, website or Google Maps link, and budget range.

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we keep a record of the conversation so we can reply and follow up.

When you browse the site, we collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, using Google Analytics.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare your free audit.

To provide the services you sign up for, including access to your Google Business Profile, Search Console and website where you grant it.

To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

Form enquiries reach us by email through our form provider, Web3Forms, which processes them only to deliver them to us.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, form submissions, call clicks and WhatsApp clicks. These tools may set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.

Client account access

When you become a client, you give us manager access to accounts such as your Google Business Profile. You remain the owner at all times and can remove our access whenever you choose. We only use this access to carry out the agreed work.

How long we keep data

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for the period required by Indian tax and accounting rules afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal obligations. Email hello@localseomumbai.in and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure connections and limited access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
